| Mariella Davidson Huber Cabin |
We would like to extend our deepest thanks to Joe Huber and his family for donating their log cabin, and the lot upon which it sits to Eagle’s Nest. This cabin will be named in memory of Mariella Davidson Huber, the daughter of Eagle’s Nest founders Alex and Hannah Waite. Mariella moved this 1850’s built cabin from its home on Crab Creek Road to its current site near the horse pasture in 1965. This addition to Eagle’s Nest will be used to house guests and provide for a meeting space away from the center of campus. Eagle’s Nest is most grateful for the generosity of the Huber family.
