Eagle’s Nesters continue to do exciting and wonderful things all over the country and the world! Check out what everyone has been up to:
Miguel, Adrian, and Sophia Botran (Camp) were a part of the Miami Childrens Theatre's production of Antoine De St. Exupéry's The Little Prince.
At the Dixie Classic Fair in Winston-Salem, NC, Hattie Pass (Camp) won second place for her vanilla pound cake and for a piece of pottery. At the same fair, Madeline Conley (Camp) won first prize in the 6-7 age group for her pottery bunny.

While traveling in Costa Rica, Katie Long (Camp) and Nate Sutton (Camp, OA) created an amazing tribal Mosaic at the hostel where they stayed.
Leah Downey (Camp) was named a Morehead-Cain Scholar, a prestigious award that includes a full scholarship to UNC Chapel Hill.
Gabriel Rogers (Camp, OA) is bringing a little Eagle's Nest magic to his students in El Salvador, using ice breakers and Initiatives exercises he learned at the Nest to draw them out of their shells. He is also hoping to start an Environmental Club at the school.
Stephan Lund (Camp) has settled in Perth, Australia with his wife Michelle and his two daughters Chantilly and Starley, where he is working in the area of child welfare managing a number of foster care programs for teenagers and children with high needs. Stephan has also started on his PhD at the University of Western Australia.
Emily Nelson (Camp, OA) is in her final year of graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania in Landscape Architecture, where her studies have taken her to Portugal and back.
Becca Stevens (Camp) is enjoying success as a recording artist having recorded her debut solo album and embarking on a tour across the country. On her tour she stopped in at camp and spent a few days as our very own "artist in residence", helping teach the song writing class and performing at Coffee House
Patrick Gardullo (OA) spent his Spring Break in Iceland singing with his school's choir as well as hiking and enjoying the wonderful country.
Zanne Garland (Camp) is hiking and enjoying nature in Washington state.
Alex Karpen (Camp,OA) is teaching in Korea. She can be found at aaaalexsadventuresinasia.blogspot.com.

Alleyne Ross (Camp, OA) has been studying abroad in Lisbon, Portugal. While there she had a chance to meet up with Claire Wofford (Camp) who was studying in Salamanca, Spain at the time.
Eliza Sydnor (Camp, OA) and Jonathan Romm (Camp) went on a trip with USC students to the Dominican Republic where they helped to build pit toilets and ceramic stoves.
Marriages:
Aaron Gordon (Camp) married Brittany Hope Ayers in August.
Julie Nordyke (Camp) got married and moved to Haines, Alaska, where she led a Hante in 2006.
Congratulations to Anna Conrad (Camp, OA) who got married in June.

Evan "Skunk" Clapper (Camp) was wed to Maureen Zanky on October 11, 2008 in Arches National Park with Helen Waite officiating!
