Junior counselors (JCs) are rising high school juniors and seniors who are interested in learning about being counselors. Twelve JCs are chosen for each camp session – six boys and six girls – to help the counselors on staff supervise campers. While JCs are still considered campers and are expected to follow the rules set forth for campers, they are given extra responsibilities and participate in leadership classes.
The applications and questionnaire for junior counselors are due by October 15. In order for the questionnaire to be mailed to you, the application must be completed and fees paid.
Please call us at (336) 761-1040 for availability and for more information about becoming a JC.
