You have a very special relationship with Eagle's Nest, and we are excited that you are considering appling to work with us this summer. As you know, many former campers go on to become great counselors at Eagle's Nest. Having past campers work at Eagle's Nest adds a great deal to our community because you know Eagle's Nest in a deep way and are very connected to our philosophy. Your decision to apply shows us that Eagle's Nest means a great deal to you.

As you prepare to apply as a staff member, we want you to be mindful of the differences between being a camper and being a counselor at Eagle's Nest. As a staff member, you will be responsible for helping to create the program at camp in the summer, and your primary responsibility will be to the children. Being a camp counselor is a lot of hard work! When you apply, please realize that you are applying for a job for which you will be held accountable, one that will be both challenging and rewarding.
