- Completed essay question responses: Please answer the following questions on separate paper. (Typed answers are preferred.)
- Why do you wish to attend The Outdoor Academy, and what do you hope to gain from the experience?
- Tell us about an academic experience that excited you to learn and explore a subject in depth.
- What are your short and long-term academic goals?
- List any activities in which you are involved outside the classroom. Which ones are the most important to you and why?
- A one-page personal collage
- A copy of a graded paper you have written recently for your English or history class
- A copy of the applicant’s school transcript (grades from the past 2 years)
- Two sealed teacher recommendations (one primary, one secondary)
- Completed OA financial aid form and SSS financial aid forms, if applicable.
