OA Application through US Mail

Acceptance criteria, as described in detail in our application materials, include personal essays, academic records, two teacher recommendations and a personal collage.

1. Please print the following form:
• 2008 - 2009 Application Form including Teacher Recommendation Forms

Applications for both semesters of the following academic year should be submitted by our suggested deadline of February 15. After that date, applications will be considered on a rolling admissions basis according to availability.
