Registration

  1. Contact the delegation coordinator at your school.
  2. If you learned about at your school, there is probably a delegation coordinator there and in the tenth or eleventh grades.  This person might be one of your teachers, or it could be a student at your school who is an alumnus of The Outdoor Academy.  The delegation coordinator's name and contact information should appear at the bottom of the event poster hanging in your school.  If so, please contact that person.  He or she will be able to help you with the next steps.  If you are having trouble getting in touch with your delegation coordinator (or your school does not yet have one), please contact us for help.  Perhaps you will become the delegation coordinator!

  3. photoIdentify the faculty advisor or parent who will accompany your delegation to .
  4. If a faculty or parent advisor is already set to lead your delegation, talk with this person.  He/She will be able to give you more information about the conference.  If an advisor has not yet been identified, you can be part of recruiting one.  This person will be the adult responsible for the participants during their attendance at the conference, as well as group transportation to the conference.  You should confirm with this person that there is still space available in your delegation, and you should let him/her know that you would like to take part.  Each student will need to include his/her advisor's name on the registration form.  Each advisor will need to include the names of their delegates on his/her registration form.

  5. photoDownload, complete, and return the registration forms.
  6. Click on the appropriate link below to download the registration forms.  You will need to fill out the forms, including the parent permission section, enclose your registration fee of $30, and return by mail.  Read each form carefully and be sure to fill them out correctly.
