How old do I have to be to attend?

While we do welcome Nesters of all ages here at Hart Road, children between the ages of 15 and 18 who come without a guardian must submit a liability release in advance of the day. Children under 15 must have a parent or legal guardian with them.  If they wish to attend with another family they must have their parent submit a liability release in advance of the day.

Because we will be serving beer and wine on campus during dinner, we require any guests under 18 to be in attendance with a parent or guardian.

Can I show up without registering?

You can show up in the morning without preregistering unless you are a minor (under 18) coming without your parent or legal guardian. BUT, we won’t have lunch for you if you don’t register by September 6th!  If we have dinner tickets available for purchase we will sell at the door until we sell out. Register here!

Do I need to buy a ticket for the morning?

You don’t need to buy a ticket but as a Donate What You Want event, donations are gladly accepted. We also ask that you register for this event, especially if you are an unaccompanied minor (under 18).

Do I need to buy a ticket for the evening?

Yes! We would love to be able to sell you a ticket at the door but we can’t guarantee they won’t sell out, we have a limited number of seats available and this is sure to be an event to remember. If you’re thinking about going, buy a ticket now!

Can my child come without me?

Children between the ages of 15 and 18 may come without their parent if the parent has submitted a liability release in advance of the day. Children under 15 must have a parent or legal guardian with them.  If they wish to attend with another family they must have their parent submit a liability release in advance of the day.

Because we will be serving beer and wine on campus during dinner, we require any children under 18 to be in attendance with a parent or guardian.

Can I bring my dog?

While we at Eagle’s Nest love creatures of all kinds, we do ask that you leave your furry friends at home for this event.

What happens if it rains?

You’ll get wet! Feel free to bring an umbrella and rain jacket if you’re worried about the weather. If it happens to rain in the afternoon, lunch will be served in the New Lodge.

Where do I park?

When you arrive there will be parking in the field to the left of campus, across Hart Road. We will have parking attendants and signs to assist you.

What’s for dinner?

In true Eagle’s Nest fashion we will have a family style meal in the dining hall. Our star studded crew of Eagle’s Nest chefs past and present are sure to serve up culinary delights, seasonal and fresh from the garden. Please alert us in advance to any dietary restrictions. When the bell rings, find your seat!

Is lunch provided?

If you register by September 6th lunch is on us! Feel free to pack a picnic or head into town instead.

Can I pack a lunch?
