In keeping with our Transcultural Commitment we know we need to continue to educate ourselves.   Here are some ways to take action to support the Black community: Join us in listening, reading, watching, and learning; call your communities to this work; listen to Black voices; stay updated and engaged.

Anti-Racism Work at ENF


  • Full time staff members attended Racial Equity Workshop Phase I and II on Groundwater Approach by Racial Equity Institute(REI)
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion staff-wide training on Groundwater Approach.
  • Creation of ENF DEI Resource Library which is a collection of DEI books donated via Amazon.  This collection is available to all ENF staff to borrow.
  • Anti-racism series conducted by ENF Camp/Hante Adventures team discussing topics related to marking whiteness at Camp and on Hante Adventures and action plan to address these.
  • Anti-racism training during orientation for Camp and Hante Adventures summer seasonal staff.
