Summer 2017 Camp Registration
Register and pay online securely using Campdoc. Once you complete the initial application in campdoc, you will receive an email from campdoc. Please follow the link and instructions in the campdoc email to complete Contact Information and Camp Application on campdoc to be fully registered. Your camper is not fully registered for the selected session until you receive an email from the Camp Registrar at email@example.com confirming your camper’s spot in the selected session.

If applying to Hante Adventure, Added Adventure, or Junior Counselor programs, a supplemental questionnaire must be completed and returned. Your child is not accepted to these programs until we have received and reviewed the registration form, deposit, and questionnaire, and sent you a letter notifying you of your child’s acceptance to the program. Questionnaires will be emailed to parents upon receipt of application, or may be downloaded by clicking these options:

Please read our Financial Info. page for more information. While financial aid applications submitted before the December 1st and February 25th deadlines will receive first priority, we continue to review all incoming applications for financial aid.
*Note: Deposit is refundable if scholarship is not granted or insufficient scholarship is granted.
Because we feel it is important to maintain our small, intimate group sizes at camp, we often have to maintain waiting lists for campers who apply after the session of their choice or their age/gender group is full. After May 1, waiting list preference will be given to those with full payment on deposit. The waiting list is ongoing until three days before the start of the session for which the camper applied. If a camper does not place with us, his or her fees paid, minus $50 will be refunded. For waitlisted participants who withdraw before the end of the wait list period, his or her fees paid, minus $100 will be refunded.
Campers who attend more than one session of camp and wish to remain at camp for the extra day(s) between sessions may register for the Stayover program. The charge for this special program is $200. The Stayover program is only open to campers and Hante participants staying for more than one session. In 2017, the Stayover program is available between Sessions I-II, II-III, and III-IV.
