This building will provide:
– Year-round office spaces for OA Director and OA Admissions staff, school year spaces for Deans
– Housing, lounge, and kitchen for OA Residents in their time off and housing for Camp Admin during summer programs, fulfilling a critical need
– Relocation of maintenance facilities away from Core Campus
Budget and Numbers:
- $815,000 projected total building cost
- $250,000 minimum goal to fundraise

- $150,000 matching funds from Conservation Easement proceeds
