2024 Hante Participant Questionnaire

Parent or Guardian, please have your participant complete this form. Your participant's Hante Application is not complete until we have received this form as well as the Parent/Guardian portion in CampDoc under Applicant Information. Participating in a Hante course is an excellent way to “learn by doing.” In order for you to be considered for selection, please answer the following questions honestly. Your application is not complete until we receive a completed application on CampDoc, the upload of the Participant Questionnaire on CampDoc, and a completed Parent/Guardian Questionnaire on CampDoc. Completed applications for Hante Maine and Hante Utah are due by November 15th. For Hante Mountains to Sea, Hante Trails, and Hante Rocks and Rivers, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the Hante is full.
