OA 30th Reunion: Registration Form

Please complete the following form to purchase tickets to OA’s 30th Reunion!

We are making every effort to keep this event as affordable as possible for all alumni. If you would like to donate an additional ticket to help support fellow alumni in attending, there is an option to do so while registering. If you would like to request a reduced ticket cost, especially if your travel expenses will be high, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Camille at alumni@enf.org.

Note: All minors (attendees under the age of 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event and/or time on campus. If you are an alum under 18 years of age, anyone’s parent could be your chaperone with consent from your parent/guardian.
