You’ve probably spent most of your OA journey thus far with our Admissions Office. Now that you are enrolled, this document will tell you who to contact based on what you need to know.

Calendars

The Fall 2021 semester will run from August 28 to December 11, 2021. The Spring 2022 semester will run from January 22 to May 14, 2022.

Academic Forms

Check your email for information from the Admissions Office about the academic forms you need to fill out in conjunction with your school. Below, you will find links to a few general forms. If you need a form for a specific math class or independent study, just email the Admissions Office.

Health Forms

All health and medical forms can be submitted on SchoolDoc. Once you are accepted and enrolled, new sections for each form will appear on your SchoolDoc profile. Questions about those forms can be directed to the OA Medical Coordinator or the Admissions Office.

OA Enrollment Checklist:

⇒ Enrollment Agreement signed 

⇒ Academic Forms completed (with signatures from your school if needed)

⇒ Packing lists acquired and outdoor programming gear requests made to OA

⇒ Health forms and parent/guardian questionnaire completed on SchoolDoc

⇒ Travel plans made (and communicated to OA if airport pickup is needed)

⇒ Deep breath taken, celebratory jig danced!
