Hey y’all! We are in full swing, getting ready for an incredible camp season! We are looking for fabulous people to be counselors this summer. If you know someone who you think would be a great person to bring energy, creativity, and joy to our camp team, let them know they can apply here. For our contracted staff, for EVERY person you recruit and we hire, you will receive $100! Let’s create a superstar team for this summer and get stoked to make some magic!
The positions we are looking for are:
- Camp Counselor
- Rock Climbing Instructors
- Whitewater Canoeing Instructors
- Horseback Riding Instructors
- Outdoor Adventure Program Staff
- Kitchen Staff
Eagle’s Nest’s salaries are comparable to other ACA-accredited camps in our area. The range of payment is $265 to $350 per week. Salary is calculated for each staff member according to their experience, certifications and responsibility level. In addition, room, board and laundry are provided, as well as workers’ compensation for time on duty. Staff members have a minimum of two hours each day in which they are not obligated to specific duties. In addition, camp provides 24 consecutive hours off per week, one night off per session, and one “lunch out” per session. We have a staff lounge with phones, computers, wireless internet access, and a refrigerator. Summer staff also receive discounts on gear. AND IT’S FUN!!!
